I was a cosigner on my daughter's apartment for 1 year. Upon the closing of her lease, we moved out on time and cleaned her room. Rent was on autopay. I NEVER received any information of additional charges or an outstanding balance. They reported a collection to my credit 4 months later. I have left messages and no one has called me back. I will be disputing this and I believe they have changed their name several times to outrun their horrible reputation. Do not rent from them.
Good community, try to do more activities and try to maintain neat and clean every day. And send mails for deliveries to the people they don’t know the parcels came or not. Try to do more activities and send mails regarding deliveries.
Short review. Amber is extremely rude and stubborn. They tried breaching the SCRA, (google that to know how crazy that is). "BMT does not count" is my favorite quote from the management. There are many better places to live. If you decide to move here and have any issues, good luck dealing with Amber. Any issue will somehow be twisted to be your fault. Look at the reviews from it being Albion, ignore any good reviews from the time it was Campus Crossing, entirely different situation.

This place was great underneath campus crossings always fixed any issues that we had. After the buy out the maintenance people were the same but I think that they were forced to do garbage repair jobs to save costs we had an AC issue that the AC wouldn't get cold in the new apartment that they forced us into when we got forced from our old apartment to the "new renovated apartment" these apartments that they renovated were got awful we had missing cabinet doors my roommates window sill was completely rotted he was missing bathroom cabinet doors The sink had a leak in it and leak underneath because nobody caulked around the sink are balcony door was completely fogged due to it leaking in the windows and looked like complete garbage.
